War weapons control list
The war weapons control list is part (Part 1, section A) of the export list of the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control. The war weapons control list contains goods what are in respect to the War Weapons Control Act subject to additional bans and a specific authorization requirements. (Law on monitoring war weapons - implementation Act subject to article 26(2) German Basic Law). Regulatory approval requirements are granted by the Office of Economics and Export Control. These requirements exist for the production, transportation and the placement of armaments in the market.
